Error Classes Added:

EmptyContentionTitle InvalidBenefitTypePayeeCodeOrEPCode CannotDeleteContention - This error class already existed but the error response of "Retrieving Contention list failed. System error" did not trigger it InvalidClaimAccess InvalidClaimModifier
