Next Build Event Release Plan

Description

We need a comprehensive release plan for deploying the next build event and event listings pages. The release plan should cover the following items:

Scope
- Define the scope of the release, including the features, updates, and changes that will be part of this deployment.
Schedule
- Outline the timeline for the release, including key milestones, deadlines, and the proposed release date.
Deployment Strategy
- Detail the deployment approach, including methods for rolling out the changes (e.g., blue-green deployment, canary releases) and any rollback procedures if issues arise.
Resource Allocation
- Identify the resources required for the release, including personnel (e.g., developers, QA, operations), and software tools needed for testing and monitoring.
Communication Plan
- Establish a communication strategy to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the release process. This should include regular updates, status meetings, and a point of contact for any issues.
Post Launch Support
- Plan for post-release activities, including monitoring for issues, addressing any bugs or performance problems, and providing ongoing support.
Risk Assessment
- Conduct a risk assessment to identify potential challenges or issues that could impact the release. Include mitigation strategies for each identified risk.

This plan should account for the reverse proxy change to point to our next build production s3 bucket and turn on our preview feature flagging.
