Description

The purpose of this ticket is to update the reverse proxy production configuration to point to an empty s3 bucket. This allows us to test our content build failover in production.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Reverse proxy prod points to next-build empty bucket
[ ] All test are followed according to the test plan
