@emilyville We need a description for the Design Style guide section Could you take a look at the description below? I may not be doing justice to the purpose it serves.

The Roadrunner design guide is a library of visual elements and code snippets for various designers and front end developers who want to successfully build their apps into existing Vets.gov projects. From branding to form components, Roadrunner has all the components you need with descriptions and accessibility documentations. While highly influenced by the US Web Design Standards, Vets.gov branding and identity was specially designed for Veteran needs and services.
