There's a line comment on the change to _includes/section-title-box.html. Also, a lot of files in here shouldn't be in here.

Once you make the suggested change to _includes/section-title-box.html, commit it to that branch. Then next week, I'll talk you through how to commit the Markdown/HTML changes, but not the other stuff.
