Significant changes.
Made .sidenav fixed at mobile widths
Added 100% height to html, body, .sidebar
Relatively-positioned .wrapper at medium, large widths to contain placemnt of side nav and main-content
Removed widths, absolute positioning from .main-content in favor of a left margin
Changed .styleguide-content {margin-bottom: 5em;} to padding-bottom: 5em so that side nav is flush with footer
Significant changes.
