Adding Collapsible Sidebar for Mobile. closes #74 #81

Adds main.js to footer and normalizes indents to spaces
Adds internal-header.html
Adding menu button, close button as inline SVG (for accessibility and CSS styling ability)
Adding show / hide animation for drawer
Incorporates fix for #78 / PR #79; okay to merge this one instead of #79
- Fixes placement of footer on internal pages with side navigation

Attached are screenshots of what it looks like at mobile widths with an open nav drawer and at desktop.
