Styling changes from today. #46

@ayaleloehr just wanted to keep up with each other. Might want to merge this into what you are doing tonight.

@rickleegit I fixed some lint errors, but there are still 6 issues before this will pass tests. They are all more complex than I wanted to go in scss tonight. Please fix those then merge this PR.

I made it so that only the facilities in the map view show up in the facilities list. I know there is still a lot of functionality missing, but I believe all the pieces are there to do the styling. Let me know if you disagree.

@ayaleloehr Sorry about that. I took from your email the other day that we were bypassing these tests for the sake of expediency. I will fix the linting issues and merge.
