[SPIKE] Investigate dynamic content for prefill alerts #105

Content components are bad and we shouldn't use them. We want to prepare prefill alerts to be eventually pulled from the CMS. Let's investigate how to do that!

Ideas: Could possibly come from json, or yaml or some endpoint somewhere. Could create it as a static component, with content included.
