Prioritize suggested patterns

Background

As an AEDP team member I want to know the priority our tasks so that we can plan our product backlog in a way that delivers the most value for our VA and USWDS stakeholders.

Priority Scale

VAPO has given a starting point for prioritization as follows, from MOST important to LEAST important:

1. It solves a VA specific problem.
2. It is sufficiently abstract-able to be reusable.
3. It meets sufficient quality measures to be integrated into the USWDS
4. It is portable to USWDS and would be useful to other agencies.
5. It would benefit existing applications.

During our Priority Party, we sifted through all the patterns identified in this sheet, grouped any overlapping patterns and then ordered them via importance and feasibility. Here is the final chart we agree upon at the end of the meeting, which may be updated as priorities change or blockers arise throughout the project lifecycle.
