Our accessibility audit has identified several issues with how screen readers interpret our content, particularly with alerts and certain text elements.
ACs
[x] Fix issue where only headings in alerts are read by screen readers, ensuring all content is accessible
[x] Address problem where bolded "Note" text in prefill alerts is read in isolation
[x] Update telephone number display text to ensure it's read by screen readers
[x] Resolve issue of 'saving changes' being read twice after clicking the save button (if possible)
[x] Ensure consistent behavior of alerts across different pages and components
