Add code examples for prefill pattern to VADS page

User Story

As an engineer I want to provide code examples for the corresponding screenshots that are used in the pattern guidance on vads.

Background

We met on 10/30 and decided that the current screenshots would be updated to include instructions to view the code examples when looking at the locked data cards and other data card based components. We need to update the pattern page in the VADS documentation site to include these code sections.
