User Story

As an engineer I want to discover what files are repeated throughout the Pattern 2 tasks (at first) so that we can decide on a organizational pattern.

Background

Using https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/tmf-auth-exp-design-patterns/issues/190 as a reference for the potential organizational paths.

ACs

• [x] list of duplicated files and components is created.
• [x] notes on duplicated files are created for each file when required
• [x] conclusion is made on how we should refactor our structure and what the execution steps will look like
