Unable to continue to Step 7 of the demo Burial Form, under certain conditions

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to http://localhost:3002/review-and-submit
• Click Back until you reach Step 5
• When you're on Step 5 Military History, click Yes
  • Fill out the required fields and Continue to next step
• Click Transportation expenses checkbox and continue to the fill out the rest of the steps until the review page
• Review Page -> Edit Military History
• Click No and then Yes
  • The fields will reset, so fill them out and click continue
• You should be on Step 6 of 8, and pressing continue is dysfunctional
