Background

Given the feedback during the demo on 10/26, there's a desire to:

• Remove the "(Now using My VA Health)" phrase next to each facility by incorporating it into the copy above
• Find a way to incorporate the My VA Health link in the copy so that it doesn't have to be its own link at the bottom
