Prep research plan to submit for recruiting for IA tree testing.

I have a draft of the Research plan but we are pausing on recruiting at the moment. For this reason, there are gaps in the plan to fill in. Once we have a green light to run the research, I will fill in the gaps and put the plan in GH.
