Nav - Update the "Health" category landing screen according to category template

Description

As part of implementing navigation templates for the mobile app:

• No changes to features within the category
• Define screen-specific content for the Health category landing screen
  • Use existing component for feature buttons.
  • Remove description text from LargeNavButton --should display title only
  • Reorder feature to match below
