Description

As a Veteran, I want to see all of my Letters and a description of what they are on one screen, so that it is quicker and easier to choose and generate my letters.

Letters: Consolidate Letters List and descriptions in the Letters Feature screen.

The screen listing all the Letters the Veteran is eligible for should include the description text in the list so the Veteran does not need to click into the Letter to understand what it is.

Removing content tag. Since no AC is listed, not sure what is needed. If content work is needed, a separate content ticket should be created.
