Chris brought up that the 10-10EZR, which is the form to change your

10-10EZ is the Healthcare application

• 10-10EZR is to re-register with a new VAMC
  • Reasons to file:
  • PACT Act
  • Permanent location change
  • Temporary location change (snowbirds, etc.)
• PACT Act includes ability to register for a facility to get an exam
• Previously there wasn’t a back-end way to do this online, but there is now
• 10-10EZR may be a good place for us to try out form submission through the app
• Learning more about this is high priority due to PACT Act tie, but can decide implementation once we know more

@chrisj-usds, @batemapf, and I synced on this. If/where 1010EZR asks a veteran to provide info more than once, e.g. confirm financial info every year to stay eligible, this is a task that makes sense for the app. 1010EZR is not a good, first candidate to try out form submission via mobile app.

Policy alignment is needed with Health Eligibility Center, before web/mobile take on delivering “health benefits information update” capabilities with veterans without making veterans fill out entire forms like the EZR. @batemapf will keep mobile posted
