Spike - Investigate Pinch To Zoom Feasibility

This came out of the Low Vision and Blind Accessibility study. Several of the low vision blind participants mentioned that Pinch to Zoom is expected to be used in an app to help with low vision.

Guidance from WCAG 2.2 Draft: "Except for captions and images of text, text can be resized without assistive technology up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality."

Questions:

• Does Apple / Android dev tools provide pinch to zoom functionality - if not what tools do you suggest
• Understanding of the complexity / feasibility of implementation
• Provide mention of any other risks / concerns from research

I added this to the list of TLC items to address in Sprint 68.
