Update Validate Address Screen to display all potential suggestions in bold in the suggested address field. #4644

This was spun off from ticket 3051 We would like to update the suggested address field to display all the potential corrections in Bold. Here is the Figma File of what it should look like.

Acceptance Criteria: Alert Title: Verify your address

Alert Body: We can't Confirm the address you entered with the U.S. Postal Service. [Space] Select which address you'd like us to use. You can edit the address you originally entered. Or you can slect the address with suggested changes in [bold].

Entered Address: displayed as is on live

Suggested Address: now displays with suggested changes in brackets and bolded ex: [Ann Arbor]

A11yLabels should be updated accordingly

@bischoffa I took a look at this one and had to repoint it. Not sure if VASelector and RadioGroup is moving over to the platform anytime soon so it may help if they implement the ability to pass a react object as an optional value that overrides what the display text looks like. Or if they have a different way they would like to handle it that would probably be best.
