Sprint 0 work scheduled to be completed in the last sprint of Q3 which ends on 10/10 - likely the Sprint 0 presentation will happen after based on how other Sprint 0s have worked. However reflecting end of Q3 sprint for its estimated date.
During a sprint 0 session we decided that the sprint 0 would not be necessary and could just continue into the next step for a future quarter.

@Hallm13 Actually when we say "future quarter", are we saying, start step 1 in Q4?
As info, BVA has indicated interest in having Board decisions available online, but they're still working with general counsel to determine whether to do so. Before including those appeals on mobile, please check on whether a decision has been made. (Slack #benefits-management-tools would be a good place to ask)
Appeals claims is hidden behind a feature flag on web until they make the following change:
Moving this to post-Q4 23 since there are still conversations going with the Board.

@ala-yna Just looping you in. You may hear of this in your conversations with BVA. Until they give us the green light we will leave this one in icebox/blocked for now. But just for awareness incase appeals comes up in conversations

The VA.gov team has added the ability to retrieve Appeal Decision letters from VBMS using our current integration. We are currently filtering them out until we can build the experience for Appeals in addition to claims.
