This is the hierarchy of prioritization for dashboard development based on Mobile Dashboard Events per Rachel's request during Sprint 75 Sprint planning

  1. Login (blocked for now )
  2. Secure Messaging
  3. Letters
  4. Vaccines
  5. Profile (Personal info, contact info, military info, settings)
  6. Payments
  7. Whats New In App + Encourage Update
  8. Disability ratings (has no events)
  9. Home screen specific functions (contact VA, find a VA)
  10. VCL

Per SoS convo on reprioritizing Dashboards based on events listed in the Monthly Dashboard this the events results Based on this the priority in the body has been updated.

First, by highest event count only: Login (top event 5.0M) Has to wait until at least 6227 is completed by FE 6226, 6228, and 6225 will enable a lot more to be done on the dashboard but those element could be left off of the MVP of this What's New in App (top event 688K ) This one is unfairly inflated as it's not user initiated but app pushed. Letters: (top event logged 545K in June) Encourage update: (top event 262K) Secure Messaging: (top event 227K) Vaccines - (top event 48.7K) Profile (top event 24.4K) Payments (top event 5.2 K)

Already done ones with their top count for context: Claims - complete (top event 2.0M ) Appointments (finishing this sprint) (top event 713K ) Pharmacy - done (top event 113.K)

Expected to take all of Q3 which ends 10/10.

Risk was raised during Q3 planning that its possible that more dashboard work will be needed in Q4.

Removed Covid-19 items from the list. Rachel indicated eventually that link will be removed from the app during sprint 76 planning.

Prioritization should align with VA Phased Rollout Plan which can be found here

Phase 0 work which can be found in MHV-on-vagov-portal-home channel in their favorites tab
