Project Status Overview

Project Objective:

Build a Looker dashboard that provides basic measures and metrics of the utilization and task completion within the feature. The dashboard will include measures of users, authorization, engagement, task attempts, task successes, and task fails as available from existing analytics at the time the Epic is worked.

As part of the work, the analytics of this feature will first be reviewed. If there are gaps in existing analytics that will prevent the reporting of standard measures and metrics as demonstrated on this example dashboard, tickets will be created for FE engineering to implement or revise analytics as well as to document those analytics in the data dictionary and to update the dashboard when those analytics are available. Those tickets will be prioritized and scheduled separately from the MVP dashboard epic.
