CU - Review a11yHint strings to see if they are actually needed

Review all the a11yHints in the app to see if they are actually needed and then have FE-Engineers remove them. List of them are below:

@Sparowhawk and/or @dumathane – I have updated the list with icons that indicate whether a string should be kept, removed, or could not be located (see key below). For the strings that could not be located, the string should be kept for now until I can test it properly. Assistance locating the string would be great!

biometric.a11yHint is in the settings screen on the biometrics row

continueToSignin.a11yHint is on the loaGate screen on first time login

errors.callHelpCenter.button.a11yHint is on individual message errors in SM and error components with a tryAgain/refresh

errors.networkConnection.a11yHint is on the error component that shows up if they lose internet/connection upstream issues

loaGate.expandMsg.a11yHint also on loaGate on first time login

pickerLaunchBtn.a11yHint is where any VAModalPicker is, one spot is the payment history screen

requestAppointment.continueBtnA11yHint is when requesting appointment to select an appointment type and it navigates to that specific screen

save.a11yHint can be removed it is used by SaveButton which is in the app, but no longer used after we changed things for nav even though it is reference in SM. The string and SaveButton can both be deleted

secureMessaging.a11yHint is in the health screen for the Secure Messaging button

secureMessaging.saveDraft.a11yHint can also be deleted as it is only used on the SaveButton component

settings.backButton.a11yHint can be removed as it is no longer used due to post Nav changes.

We can also remove manageAccount.titlePage as that is no longer used post nav too with the settings.backButton.a11yHint

Also found some other spots for other components that I will spin up a separate ticket to address
