Link to process (as reminder for existing, and a way to onboard new folks)
High level recommendations for things like "when to happen, how to document issues" but explicitly state that needs to be collaboration between UX, Product and QA (because it'll look different for something like a big Nav project vs a smaller new feature vs updates to an existing feature), the expectations are loose enough to support all of these
Ideally the armadillo will be in here somewhere :)
