QA & Release - create ticket template for UX QA (& supporting doc'n)

• [ ] Ticket template for visual QA
• [ ] Ticket template for content QA
• [ ] Update epic template to link to those explicitly
• [ ] Create 'how UX QA works' page on doc site (if doesn't exist already) to explain basic approach/process that we agreed upon, can link from templates
• [ ] Get help from Adam to socialize with Product folks/get onto in-flight epics

Notes about what's in templates, from meeting with UX team:

• Link to process (as reminder for existing, and a way to onboard new folks)
• High level recommendations for things like "when to happen, how to document issues" but explicitly state that needs to be collaboration between UX, Product and QA (because it'll look different for something like a big Nav project vs a smaller new feature vs updates to an existing feature), the expectations are loose enough to support all of these
• Ideally the armadillo will be in here somewhere :)
• PR reviewers: Misty & Jen for Content; Jen & Lauren for Visual
