Update the "We're sorry. Something went wrong on our end..." Alert to Align with VADS Guidance #8397

Full alert copy: "We're sorry. Something went wrong on our end. Try again or contact your local VA pharmacy."

To better align with the VADS Guidance regarding slim alerts, we should update the copy within the alert to be descriptive copy (not bold) instead of the bold (heading) copy that we have currently.
