Plan is to: File the change request ticket with LH to remove the letters and get a timeline from them. if it is longer than what i think VHA will be comfortable with, i'll ask that we remove / filter at the vets-api layer (From Patrick)

I've reached out to web/LH to get a status update. Last we heard they are still working on getting their implementation ready for client integration
@timwright12 Touched base with Jerek and he said they found some discrepencies in the latest LH implementation and would let us know when they test an implementation with no issues.

What happened?
VHA Member Services, which is responsible for health care eligibility and enrollment, including verification of enrollment, reached out to OCTO on Friday 6/7 to request that two letters be removed from VA.gov and VAHB due to incorrect / outdated information. Those letters are:
The Member Services team is working on updated content but does not have a timeline for when that will be ready. The expectation is days / maybe a week. There is an internal approval process on the Member Services side the content needs to go through. In the meantime, users may contact 877-222-8387 for assistance, including hard copies of approved letters.
