VAHB Call Center Guide Update - 8 step process #9052

Description

As VAHB Mobile Team, I want to update the existing VAHB Call Center Guide so that updates related to the Mobile Claims Phase Expansion can be used to inform VA Call Center Reps in order to help Veterans calling in.

As part of this story we want to:

Acceptance Criteria

- [x] Download latest guide from [Live VA Call Center Guide](https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/tree/master/products/va-mobile-app/Teams/QA%20and%20Release/Release%20Management/Go%20to%20Market/VA%20Call%20Center%20Process) - [x] Update the call center guide with new content / images, etc - [x] Do a completed doc review (ensure changes don't need to be on other pages, see if changes impact page numbering and table of contents, etc) - [x] Once completed, go to [VA Veteran Support / Contact Center Team ](https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/blob/master/platform/contact-center/request-contact-center-review.md) and follow their steps / timing - you will need to convert it to Word as they don't use Google Docs - [x] In [Google Drive](https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1Sdu2K41eMk1qCb7tKio2y1CY1PO3s9Je) - add newest version to In Use Guide Folder and move old version to Old Product Guides Folder - [x] Remove old version from Github In User Folder and move it to [Archived VA Call Center Guides](https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/tree/master/products/va-mobile-app/Teams/QA%20and%20Release/Release%20Management/Go%20to%20Market/VA%20Call%20Center%20Process) - [x] Add Word doc new version to [Live VA Call Center Guide](https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/tree/master/products/va-mobile-app/Teams/QA%20and%20Release/Release%20Management/Go%20to%20Market/VA%20Call%20Center%20Process) ## Notes & Open Questions - Process is owned by the [VA Veteran Support / Contact Center Team ](https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/blob/master/platform/contact-center/request-contact-center-review.md) - VA Veteran Support / Contact Center Team have timing requirements that must be met so be sure to review those on their Github page - Mobile's Github documentation on this process is found [here](https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/tree/master/products/va-mobile-app/Teams/QA%20and%20Release/Release%20Management/Go%20to%20Market/VA%20Call%20Center%20Process) - Review the entire document to see if changes need to be made in multiple places especially when changing overall style, colors, components etc - Need to consider updating content and imagery - Be sure to update the Table of Content to ensure the page numbers match after making changes - [Contact Center Review Ticket Example](https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/issues/32766) ## Ticket Checklist - [x] Acceptance criteria defined - [x] Labels added (front-end, back-end, feature, team) - [x] Linked to an Team's Epic

Blocked; awaiting FE implementation. Current draft is located here. Will update with production screenshots, and then submit the the final draft to the contact center closer to releasing these updates.
