Update App Store for Mobile Claims Phase Expansion

Description

As the Veteran, I want all the app stores/pages to accurately reflect the most recent changes in the app so that I know what to expect before going into the app.

As part of this story we want to:

Determine what, if any, changes are needed to Apple, Google and VA.gov App Store pages related to the Mobile Claims Phase expansion.
