Project Status Overview

Project Objective:

Empower Veterans by informing them about the benefits of push notifications and providing an opportunity to opt-in. Additionally, ensure compliance with Android’s new push notification permission rules, effective March 2024

11/12/24 Development and QA complete. This is in the release candidate and will be released on 11/19.
11/19/24 Released to production. Epic is complete

@JeffBarnesUSDS : I noticed that you are now the PO for "onboarding" on mobile app and va.gov. This initiative is related to new and current users of mobile app -- part of general onboarding experience and then later, continuous yes/no decision-making of push notifications. Let me know if you need additional context.
