Wondering if we can use availability framework for this message delivery
Agree that Availability Framework might be our best option, although it has some constraints in terms of content options. I'm waiting to hear what comms are created for MHV and then can work with Laura Willwerth who will be putting up a banner for VA.gov.
As of today, the issue appears to have resolved, leaving the date range of approx 6/28-7/23 having significantly lower or missing tracking data.
Tracking email volume was affected during this time as well as tracking links were missing on the MHV patient portal, MHV on Va.gov, RxR app, VAHB app, and chatbot prescription applications; however, the tracking links on these apps only persists for 15 days so even if tracking data was available, users today only see it if it was available 7/10-7/25 (I.e. 7/9 and earlier no longer shows on these apps) so SOME (not all) users are, and will still be, missing data from 7/10-7/24.
Closing this comment due to the issue no longer being needed.

4.) What is the name of the project or change?
Alert for CMOP Tracking Issue
5.) Please explain what problem you are trying to solve.
As of July 1, Veterans are unable to track the delivery of or receive email notifications of the shipment of their CMOP prescriptions. This is due to prescription tracking information not flowing from the CMOP platform to MHV. VHA’s Information Patient Safety (IPS) office is involved and tracking.
We need to inform veterans of the issue until it is resolved to set their expectations. OCC comms is working on comms to put on MHV classic and we will apply a similar alert to VAHB and VA.gov.
6.) Please explain how this change would work.
Add an alert to the prescriptions screen to inform users.

11.) Has this change been agreed upon by all impacted VA Stakeholders?
