User Story

Description

We recently created a model for AllergyIntolerance, but we added it behind a flipper. This ticket is to keep an eye on errors while ramping up the flipper

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Flipper is flipped without errors
[ ] Confirm whether or not FE uses this
[ ] Make necessary tickets for cleanup
