This work is to be completed by Flagship teams before RC branch is cut and completed by engineering. Flagship team to provide release manager with the ticket this work was completed in for reference.

Android e2e test on the 2.38 release branch with all cases passing

iOS e2e test with all but sign in passing. Sign in is failing from flakiness/unrelated to app functionality, but adding those cases to the manual script just for thoroughness (and they take ~5 seconds to run manually to boot)
