Make UI refinements to Claim Details file view #9838

Description

Users are able to upload photos within Claims and Messages. These photos are often presented in a list, or viewed as rows of thumbnails, like a contact sheet. When a user taps the photo, we will provide a way for users to view and interact with the photos they've uploaded.

As part of this story, we will refine the animation and the UI elements within the interaction so that it aligns with existing patterns within the app, as well as other native mobile conventions.
