Discovery: Filter/Sort for Messages and Appointments

Project Status Overview

Project Objective:

• For this epic, we want to pick up an old Sprint 0 and evaluate whether filtering and sorting functionality (similar to what exists for Prescriptions) would be useful in Messages and/or Prescriptions. Specifically, we want to conduct a qualitative research review that dives into feedback Veterans have about how information is presented in Messages and Appointments, and meet with the Experience teams to find out what related work they have going on.
