Update DS colors to align with VADS/USWDS #119

In department-of-veterans-affairs/va-mobile-app#7371, we updated the primary colors to align with VADS/USWDS.

On January 8, VADS will be updating their remaining colors to align with USWDS. We need to update our color tokens in the design system. The flagship app colors will be updated in department-of-veterans-affairs/va-mobile-app#8476.

The mobile app team needs to update the HEX numbers in the following locations:

The color changes are outlined below.

Note: these colors changed slightly since the creation of this ticket. Updated the description with a table of color changes from the VADS ticket.

This ticket will be closed by https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va-mobile-library/pull/138 since we're now referencing VADS colors directly

@jessicawoodin Can you please take a look at the updated figma JSON?

I did notice there were some USWDS colors that may have not gotten tokenized if they were not specifically referenced by a VADS semantic token, or imported by us manually. Please let me know if there are any you think might be missing.

Colors were reviewed by @jessicawoodin and she noticed 1 issue with the naming of yellow vivid which is addressed by department-of-veterans-affairs/va-mobile-library#175. Aside from that, we have all the updated colors we need from VADS. Closing this ticket out.
