Link component - Add analytics support and remove TODO calendar code #170

Description

Split from #118 to add support for Link to have passthroughs for app-level analytics logging of interactions. This was largely split off due to ticket #169 adding calendar support meaningfully impacting what analytics passthroughs are needed.

Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Add function passthroughs for apps to be able to log analytics based on interactions handled by the Link component - [ ] Remove TODO code for native calendar support ~~Note: see relevant "TODO" in the code for partially started typing for this.~~

@kellylein @TimRoe I added an AC to remove the native calendar code to this ticket since they are related and added 1 point.
