Link - Update copy for leaving app prompt #196

Description

In flagship, the link component "leaving app" prompt specifically mentions "VA: Health and Benefits" app which is not appropriate for a generic (can be overridden by apps) design system version. Ticket 7969 was created for copy designer input on what should be displayed.

Acceptance Criteria

- [x] Update the default copy for prompting in the Link component to: > Leave the mobile app? You'll go to a website outside of this app. Leave Go back for title/body/confirm/cancel respectively. **Accessibility Requirements** - [x] Confirm screen reader reads as expected in iOS/Android w/o label overrides

@TimRoe I can't edit this ticket. But could you please update one line of the copy in the AC to "You'll go to a website outside of this app." Just adding the word "of"
