Link - Validate and Publish #216

Description

With the dynamic ticket expansion/shuffle that occurred for the Link component, this is a final validation/draft test the component is ready to ship.

Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Perform a full validation of functionality - Web/iOS/Android - Screen reader w/ iOS/Android - Text resizing w/ iOS/Android - Alpha build to check in-app - Replacing normal links to external locations - Replacing links to internal locations (e.g. pulling up large panel - Replacing links in Secure Messaging hyperlink parsing - [ ] Publish new minor version officially releasing Link component

Validated functionality and tested usage within the app. Screenshots and video can be found in #239. Published [v0.12.0](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@department-of-veterans-affairs/mobile-component-library/v/0.12.0 to NPM.
