We want to check NPM for updates to VADS's css-library so we can know if there's a new version and also to check any of their changes has a negative effect on our token builds.
Acceptance Criteria
Write a GitHub Action with the following specs:
- [ ] look into Dependabot for this use
- [ ] Runs nightly
- [ ] Checks npm for a new version of css-library
- [ ] If there's a new version:
- [ ] Notify Slack
- [ ] Run our tokens build and output the # of tokens generated in our JS tokens
