Project Status Overview

Project Objective:

Build a new component in the Mobile Design System to handle screen Loading consistently and accessibly through VA mobile apps.
This Epic represents the work of the Design System team to create a new Loading component within the va-mobile-library repo. Loading message should be customizable. This does NOT include the work to incorporate the new component throughout the Flagship App.

When trying to update the lottie-react-native library to the latest beyond the current 5.1.2 it was having several errors. I believe it was from the 6.0.0 release that had several breaking changes. I am not quite sure how to fix this and may be something that is best to upgrade when this is moved over to the design library so that the component can be properly reimplemented
