Update “How to Edit a VAMC facility” KB article #10226

Background

The “Prepare For Your Visit” section of the “How to Edit a VAMC Homepage” article needs to be broken out into its own section since Editors frequently ask about adding chaplain services, Fisher House info, and parking directions to their facility homepages — and this section is rather buried within the current article and isn’t even within the Table of Contents:
