Content Audit: Nat'l and VAMC-specific events #10485

Open fmccaf1 opened 2 years ago

Content audits can be performed by searching the codebase and compiled site for specific terms ur using an audit tool within drupal. Please provide any context for the audit, any related terms or alternate spellings, or and related components that could return content you are interested in. Please see the collab cycle doccumentation for more information.

1. Please provide any context around your audit

There are two things I'm looking for:

  1. One audit including events that are located in Non-VA Locations that lack a complete address or have a funky address, such as a building/floor in line 1 of the street address field.
  2. Another audit for all events that are in-person (not online) with registration info, including those (but not limiting only to those) with a link to registration.

2. What are the terms you are searching for within the CMS? Are there alternate spellings?

I don't think this is relevant.

3. Are there components, elements or content types related to your search?

Yes, the content type is events, but includes events in both sections of the CMS: VHA and Outreach (VACO)

4. Does a corresponding audit need to be run on the Veteran-facing website?

5. When do you need the audit to be completed

Ideally by 9/6 if that is possible and not too strenuous

Please check the team(s) that will do this work.

@jilladams I think this is right(?), but if you could take a look over for me. TY!

Looks good to me! I can also help answer questions while Florence is on PTO next week.

I discussed with Erika today. Yesterday in Sitewide CMS sprint planning, Dave determined this isn't top priority for their team, so may need to sit with Public Websites to do the work (FYI @wesrowe ), at least for now. Retagging so it shows up in our board.
