Background

The current article could use some updates to clarify content

Suggested Updates

Heading levels skip from H1 to H3:
There is a blank H3 within each FAQ:
The third bullet under "Add a story" mentions a required task for the training environment, however it links to the production environment. I think this link should be updated so that the editor doesn't accidently add this training content to production

I cannot change the heading levels of the accordions, this is not manageable
These are not blank headings, it's just weirdly display in my heading tools so this is ok
I am not able to link to the training environment, it give me an error. I still think this might cause an issue and may lead folks to accidently create content on prod if they come from this page. Other thoughts about whether this might be an issue or not?
