Get working SiteImprove API token.

Description

We've been provided with a SiteImprove token, but unfortunately:

Since my understanding is we want that PrePublish permission, I gotta harass people at SiteImprove, within the VA, and perhaps ultimately seek out some eldritch and antediluvian beings embedded within as-yet-unidentified pulsating uterine lining whence emerges the self-transforming apparatus of our reality.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] API token actually works as expected.
• [ ] Insights from precipitating dreamquest documented in this thread.

There's a cost associated with the pre-pub access. Dave C. is working with VHA digital media to see if they will be able to fund our access.

This is currently blocked by a funding decision from VHA Digital Media. TBD on the outcome and will update when I have more info

I will reach out to contacts at VHA Digital Media to confirm if prepublish access has a cost and if they would be able to fund this request for a prepublish access token.
