Vet Center social media links (needs PO prioritization)

Description

As a Vet Center editor, I want to be able to select Vet Center specific social media and contact links.

Problems to solve

Vet Centers are part of VHA but have their own Facebook feed and want to be able to add that social media link to their Campaign Landing page.
Currently the dropdown list for the Connect with us panel includes NCA, VACO, VBA and VHA.

This work needs prioritization from PO and possibly others.

Acceptance criteria

Vet Center editors can add Vet Center specific social media links to a Campaign Landing page.

Same here as on #11617: @mmiddaugh @davidconlon Seems like this should move to the Facilities backlog, where the Facilities team can expand CLPs to handle this, with Public Websites as code reviewers. I'm going to make that change, but feel free to object.
