Background It was noticed that there may be confusion with the Mobile Alabama Vet Center. "mobile" is both name, description of location, and a type of tech so these is confusion

https://www.va.gov/mobile-vet-center/ - There may be confusion around an actual mobile vet center

Question: Can we / Should we update the Mobile Alabama Vet Center H1 and URL to include the state (AL) to clarify.

It's a straightforward content and URL change, so it should be easy once there's clarity on what we should change. This is also likely a change mostly/entirely on the CMS side.

This should be a 1 as it is just supplying a common name value for this specific node. This is basically a content issue.
