PM: asses the existing GH product documentation

As a Chief PO, I want the current GotHub product documentation to be assessed for how up to date the information is and if any information is missing, so that we can bring all of the documentation up to date.

Is this work something that needs to be in the backlog as individual tickets or is it part of DoD and PM work outside the backlog? The current documentation in Git Hub (https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/tree/master/products/facilities).
