Description

Continuing the portfolio and user research pipeline analysis begun in #12503.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Finish populating PW portfolio excel, including with usage data from analytics
[ ] Discuss prioritization rubric internally (UX Researcher, PM, DM)
[ ] Schedule meeting with PO to get input on pipeline approach

Obtained Medallia user feedback for PW portfolio products, and need to read it and see what issues (if any) come up. There's a LOT of feedback, so this is going to take a while to look through. Currently waiting to hear back on how I can make the files editable so I can reformat them for easier reading.

Have read some data, followed up on questions with Ian, and scheduled a meeting with him tomorrow.

Met with Ian and now understand a lot more about the Medallia feedback data and how to interpret it.

@cindymerrill do you think the ACs here are still achievable in this sprint, given that the VISN project is also a little more formed now? Happy to chat in our 1:1 if we should revise or break this up to different sprint-sized bites, with that in mind.

UX refinement 2/22:

Moved Medallia ACs to a new ticket, #12718, to focus on that work this sprint
Moving this ticket back to Refined

I am working on UX research pipeline ideas that cross references the excel doc linked in this ticket. I started a Mural than spans Public Websites and Facilities, currently in my private Mural room. Preference of where this lives?
